Adaptive Yoga

Adaptive yoga is instructed by a physical therapists and registered yoga therapist.  It is designed to improve your sense of wellbeing, reduce fatigue, and improve mobility.  Therapeutic Yoga is tailored to the goals of a small group of individuals to use movement and mind body connections to promote mobility, flexibility, and balance.

We offer two different yoga sessions:

Yoga A consists of meditation and breathing work from a seated position

Yoga B incorporates a transfer to the mat half way through the class
