Whether your injury is new or you've had it for years, starting an exercise program now can avoid or reverse "learned non-use" in affected muscle groups. Muscle atrophy and neural circuits turn off with disuse. Building and maintaining muscle mass keeps tissues healthy and active in paralyzed limbs. Our goal is to help you achieve an optimum quality of life through exercise.
All clients are encouraged to schedule a tour of our facility to learn more about our training programs. Each new client receives an initial physical therapy evaluation by one of our staff physical therapists in which a comprehensive examination is performed to outline a plan of care that addresses the client’s specific goals and functional goals and establishes the most appropriate duration and frequency of sessions. Sessions on average are 2 hours in length and most clients attend regularly scheduled sessions two to three times a week. Any cervical, thoracic, or lumbar injury is accepted for both acute and chronic treatment.
All new clients must complete a health history form, waiver liability form, and video/photography release form before scheduling their initial evaluation. In addition, all clients are required to establish a monthly payment plan option for all out of pocket costs before scheduling weekly treatment sessions.
